1. Key Concepts

1.2. Online Store – The online store located at www.therapyreads.com.
1.3. Buyer – A person who orders or purchases products in the Online Store.
1.4. Personal Data – Buyer’s data as defined in the Privacy Policy.
1.5. Privacy Policy – A document approved by the Seller that outlines the key provisions for the collection, storage, processing, and use of Personal Data.
1.6. Rules – These terms and conditions that describe the provisions related to the acquisition of products in the Online Store.
1.7. Account – The result of the Buyer’s registration in the Online Store, which stores the Buyer’s personal data and information about past orders.
2. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. By using the Online Store, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If the Buyer does not agree, they should not use the Online Store.

2.3. Goods are considered ordered when the Buyer receives an order confirmation email. If payment is required at the time of order, the order starts being processed once the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
3. Formation of the Purchase Agreement
3.1. A purchase agreement between the Buyer and Seller is established when:
- The Buyer adds products to the shopping cart.
- The Buyer provides the necessary shipping and payment information.
- The Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and clicks the “Order” button.
3.2. The agreement remains in effect until all obligations are fulfilled unless terminated earlier according to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. Account and Security:
The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. The Buyer is responsible for any activities that occur under their account. If the Buyer suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must notify the Seller immediately.
4.2. Accurate Information:
The Buyer must provide accurate and complete personal information when placing an order. If any information changes, the Buyer is responsible for updating it. The Seller is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
4.3. Prohibited Use:
The Buyer agrees not to:
- Use the Online Store for illegal purposes.
- Distribute viruses or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or data.
5. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Seller agrees to:
- Provide access to the Online Store.
- Deliver the purchased products according to the terms outlined in the order confirmation.
5.2. Right to Modify:
The Seller reserves the right to modify or remove products or product information from the Online Store at any time without prior notice.
5.3. Unforeseen Circumstances:
If the Seller is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product shortage), the Seller will notify the Buyer and offer:
- A replacement product of equal or greater value.
- A refund to the Buyer’s original payment method within 5 business days.
5.4. The Seller reserves the right to reject any order for any reason before confirmation.
6. Ordering Process
6.1. Products are ordered through the Online Store by:
- Adding items to the shopping cart.
- Providing payment and shipping information.
- Clicking the “Order” button.
6.2. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email.
6.3. The price displayed at checkout is final and includes VAT (if applicable) but excludes shipping fees.
6.4. If the product price is incorrect due to an error, the Seller will notify the Buyer. The Buyer can either proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.
7. Payment
7.1. Payment methods available in the Online Store include:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Stripe
7.2. Payment must be made immediately upon order confirmation.
7.3. If the payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery is available to the shipping address provided by the Buyer.
8.2. Delivery times:
- Europe – 5–14 business days
- International – Delivery time varies by location
8.3. Digital products are available for instant download after payment confirmation. The Buyer will receive an email with download instructions.
8.4. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect Buyer information or force majeure events.
9. Digital Products
9.1. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download has started, in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Lithuanian Civil Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
9.2. By placing an order for a digital product, the Buyer agrees that:
- The right to withdraw from the contract is lost once the download starts.
- Digital products are provided for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.
10. Returns and Refunds
Physical Products:
- Returns of physical products are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on the website (e.g., text, images, product designs) is protected by copyright and trademark law.
11.2. The Buyer may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Online Store without prior written consent from the Seller.
12. Liability
12.1. The Seller is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Online Store.
12.2. The Seller’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the product or service.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
13.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
13.2. By using the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
14.2. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Lithuania.
15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
15.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.2. The new Terms and Conditions will apply from the date of publication.
